The 45 Most Popular Summer Recipes of 2023
Crazy that it’s already time for our summer recipe post. I share this collection of popular seasonal recipes every year and it’s always well received. With so many recipes in our recipe box, these posts are a nice way to remember all the oldies but goodies we’ve loved from years past.
Sometimes I’ll look back at a recipe and think to myself, “OMG, that one was so delicious, I need to make that again!”. I forget too, so I love sharing this post every year. The idea is that today we’re bringing back all the old favorites and making mental notes to make them again soon!
The 4th is behind us, but we still have the rest of the summer ahead. Pools days with friends, picnics, backyard dinner parties, summer birthdays, and warm nights spent outside eating ice cream. I’m in my hometown of Rocky River, Ohio with family this weekend and these recipes are perfect to share with them.
WONDERFUL RECIPES! I was sorry when I came to the end.
Could we please focus more on recipes WITHOUT CHEESE? I love them all – but no wonder America is struggling with weigh gain!! I am ready to write a recipe book called, “ANYTHING BUT CHEESE!” America is obsessed with it!
More VEGGIES – less CHEESE – I substitute with YOGURT with herbs.
PLEASE!
Hi ,
I love your recipes ! My daughters and I all have your cookbooks and love experimenting with new ideas. My husband recently tested positive for gluten sensitivity (not celiac). Would you consider adding notes to recipes for substitutions for gluten sensitive and free readers?
Keep cooking!!! Thank- you!
Made the Korean Beef Spicy Noodles. I did substitute ground pork for the ground beef. Delicious! Recipe was easy and quick. Absolutely will make again and again.
I’d love to see a version of this list for no-AC apartment-dwellers like myself. I don’t want to turn on my oven on a hot day (and I don’t have a grill, convection oven, or air fryer).
That said, my number one from this list is the Souper Creamy Lemon Butter Cheesy Zucchini Orzo — it’s always a hit!
Love this round up! The chipotle salmon is on the menu for tonight. I have an “ask.” I love all your sauces and sometimes want to switch them up between recipes. Would you consider separating or having a “sauces” category on your recipe lists? Thanks, love what you do!!!
Thanks so much Lori!! I have a lot of my sauce recipes listed here: https://www.halfbakedharvest.com/essentials/
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions! xT
I love your recipes and have several on my rotation. Thanks for sharing those and the beautiful photography.
One small request; On the above, you have the photos separated from the recipe names by ads. This is kind of distracting. Maybe it’s just me, but I like to see them together so I can tell if its something I want to make. Thanks
Teigan these recipes look awesome! Everything I’ve made from you gets rave reviews!!
This week I’m trying many of these recipes… I have family coming in for my first granddaughters wedding next week…we’ll be celebrating with awesome food 🤗
