Happiest July 5th everyone (and happy birthday to my brother Creighton!)! I hope you guys had a great 4th of July and are enjoying a fun summer weekend with plenty of chill time in the sun, family, friends, and delicious food. I have made many of these recipes and they are perfect for summer when we all want to take advantage of the fresh produce which is at its best. My July 4th dinner included the Salt and Vinegar Smashed Potatoes and the Greek Watermelon Feta salad which are fabulous. I also made the Grilled Street Corn Salad which was hugely popular. My ribs are always a hit, but nobody was commenting on them! Your sides were the main event! Thank you for the daily inspiration and wonderful recipes!
