If there's one thing December needs, it's this Snowflake Pull-Apart Monkey Bread.Okay, and maybe some real snow too, but since I can't control the weather, I'm making snowflakes!It's weird, by this time of year we always have snow on the ground, and not just a thin layer, but lots of it. I can't remember a year when we haven't had piles of snow all over the place by now, so the fact that we have so little snow is weird...and kind of sad. Snow in December is my absolute favorite. Snow in March...April...May? No thanks, but snow in December, yes please.   • Overnight Gingerbread Cinnamon Rolls --> these cinnamon rolls are some of the BEST ever (thanks to @landolakesktchn Land O Lakes® Butter for keeping the dough incredibly moist). I am not sure there is a more delicious December breakfast. Perfect for Christmas morning...or just a fancy midweek breakfast. Grab the full recipe below.

For The Dough
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3/4 cup warm whole milk
4 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1 egg
1/3 cup molasses
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Place the yeast and brown sugar into a stand mixer with the dough hook attached. Add the warm milk and gently stir. Let sit until it is puffed and foamy on top, about 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and knead the dough until it is smooth and forms a ball, 5 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm area until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Make the filling. Add 1/4 cup sugar,1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg to bowl.

Roll the dough into a rectangle (about 9×24 inches). Spread the butter evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the cinnamon/ginger sugar. Roll the dough into a log, keeping it fairly tight as you go. Cut into 10-12 rolls. Place rolls in the prepared baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and transfer to the fridge to rise overnight. In the morning, remove the rolls from the fridge. Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 25 minutes.

In a bowl, beat together the 4 ounces cream cheese and 4 tablespoons butter until fluffy. Beat in 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Spread the frosting on warm rolls. EAT! #sponsored #buzzfeast #foodandwine #feedfeed #bhgfood #christmas #f52grams #video

4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/8 inch thick slices
1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
1 stick butter, melted
kosher salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar

Preheat the oven 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin tin.

Cut the potatoes using a mandoline. Toss together the potatoes, oregano, thyme, butter, salt and pepper. Add the cheese and toss again. Layer the potatoes evenly among the prepared muffin tin, stacking the layers all the way to the top. .
Cover with foil and place on a baking sheet. Transfer to the oven and roast for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue cooking another 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
