These are my daily vitamins and I swear, they are the secret to traveling and staying healthy. I take the Vitamin B12 + BC (boosts energy, supports heart health, and generally is a vitamin most women are lacking). I also take Vitamin D3 + K2 + CoQ10 (supports immune health and strong bones by assisting in the regulation of calcium and cardiovascular health by reducing arterial plaque). And I take the Magnesium L-Threonate too. I also love their Vitamin C for any time I feel like I may becoming coming down with something, and I always take it with me while traveling.
Favorite Wellness Tips
