I’m sharing a roundup of my favorite recipes for Easter! Easter is such a special spring holiday. These light and fresh recipes are perfect for gathering with friends and family for brunch or dinner. I’m sharing some sweet brunch recipes, quick appetizers, and my selections for family dinner and dessert.
I’ve been getting a lot of requests from you all this week to share my favorite Easter recipes! To be honest, Easter is sometimes a holiday I don’t put a lot of thought into recipe-wise. I’ve only made a handful of Easter hams, as most of my family members are not huge fans. That being said, mom has always loved this oldie-but-goodie ham recipe from way back in 2014. Of course, I have plenty of other colorful spring recipes that are equally perfect for the Easter table!!
So I thought I’d take some time today to gather them all in one place. I’d love to hear what recipes you plan to make this year!
Oh, and be sure to check back this week for a few more Easter recipes. Along with an easy (and cheesy) dinner, plus a last-minute cocktail!
Cocktails
Brunch
Appetizers/sides
Dinner
Garlic Butter Creamed Spinach Salmon
Dessert
Lastly, if you make any of my favorite recipes for Easter, be sure to leave a comment and/or give this recipe a rating! Above all, I love to hear from you guys and always do my best to respond to each and every comment. And of course, if you do make this recipe, don’t forget to tag me on Instagram! Looking through the photos of recipes you all have made is my favorite!
Hi Teighan, just so you know, every other recipe I’ve printed out seems to have come from you. Without realizing. Now I have a few more to collect. Help, though. You have occasionally shared recipes the use ricotta. It’s one cheese that I just can’t even… What’s the best sub? Cottage cheese, a Greek yogurt, something else? Thanks for all the yumminess!!
Hi Christine,
Thanks for making so many recipes!! I would say it depends on the recipe, but cottage cheese or cream cheese would be great to use! I hope this helps! xTieghan
Your recipes are delicious. Thank you for sharing them and positivity. Congratulations on the success of your cookbooks, I recently purchased them ALL. So glad to have found you!
Thank you so much for your super kind message and all of your support Jessica:) xx
Teighan…help! I could have sworn i had a carrot cake with brown butter cream cheese frosting recipe from you to make for Easter and now I literally can’t find it anywhere! I even left the page up so I wouldn’t lose it and now it says the domain is expired! Help! Must have carrot cake! ?
She took the recipe down after it was pointed out that it was incredibly similar to a recipe from a few years ago by A Cozy Kitchen. I linked it here if you want a similar recipe

What platform do you use for photo editing?
Hi Jo,
I really try not to edit my photos much, but I use Lightroom:) xx
Thx!!! I do photography as part of my career and your photos are always so stunning!
Thank you?
Tieghan,
Your food is as tasty as it is beautiful. I be love the new book and can’t wait to dig in!
Thank you!
Rebecca
Hi Rebecca,
Thank you so much for your kind message! I hope you love the new cookbook and everything you make! xx
OMG, these look Devine?
Thanks so much Shelley!!
Hi Tieghan. Happy Easter to you and your family. Had a question about the revised recipe box. Can you still add a note? I see my old notes are still there and I can edit them but did not see any option for a new note. Was such a useful feature.
Hi Natalie,
Thanks so much for your kind message and sharing your feedback!! I will see if we can add that back in! Have a great Sunday:) xx
Hi nice recipes for sure but seems strange to me to use so many fruits that aren’t in season at Easter (blackberries, blueberries even strawberries). Perhaps that’s not important for you?
Kind regards Tina
They are all readily available at Easter and during most of the year throughout the U.S. In northern parts of the country, berries have a very short season (less than a month) , but we can rely on southern and western states to extend the season for us so we can enjoy much loved recipes.
Hey Tina,
That is important for sure. Strawberries actually are a mid-late spring fruit, so they are in season! You can use them in replacement to the blackberries and blueberries if you prefer! xT
Hateful troll. Eyeroll.
Not cool deleting comments you don’t like. Seems like you’re hiding something. If it wasn’t true you’d leave it there.
Jen,
This is a cooking blog that belongs to Tieghan so I think she can do whatever she likes.
I have seen your posts before and they are not appropriate here. I have also seen people occasionally post vulgar comments and no one wants to see those either. I enjoy this blog and its positivity.
Amazing can’t wait to try them all
Thanks so much Kat!!
Well. That narrows it down. Haha! So much goodness!
Thanks so much Sara!!
what happened to you Carrot Sheet Cake with brown butter frosting recipe? I bought all the stuff this week to make tonight and now the recipe is gone. Would love to still make it looked so good!
Omgosh I was gonna make that too! Where did it go?!
Same here!!
I printed the recipe and made it. It seemed there was some ingredients missing in the list but mentioned in the directions. When I went back to site recipe was missing. I’m wondering if she took it down to revise it.
The frosting is divine. Cake seems a little dry but otherwise it was pretty good.

Ohmygoodness—so much yumminess. We’ll need a few Easter’s in a row to try them all out. I am thankful for the dairy free ones(butter’s fine) as we have family who can’t tolerate it. Can you post more dairy free ones please?
Hi Janine,
A lot of my recipes you can just use your favorite dairy free substitutes in. If there is a specific recipe you need help with please let me know. xTieghan
Love all your recipes!!! Thanks!!!
Thanks so much Magda!!
Sitting down with coffee stressing just what to make for family meals the next two weekends. Our empty nest of two explodes to a dozen hungry adults. Tieghan to the rescue. Your post of favorite HBH Easter recipes reminded me of some spring ones that I need to make again and a couple new ones to try. Thank you!
Hey Kristi,
Awe thanks so much for your kind message and making so many recipes! I hope you love them:) Happy Spring!
