  • One Pot Spicy Pesto Cheese Baked Rigatoni. It’s COLD and a good baked pasta is needed. This one is my go-to right now. Think saucy, but still heavy on the pasta, a touch spicy, with a good amount of seasonings and herbs. The pesto adds creaminess, and all that cheese on top…it’s the best. Major bonus? This is all made in one pot and it’s EASY. Less dishes, no stress, and beyond good. Just what these cold nights need. Recipe up on HBH today - link in profile.
  • Creamed Spaghetti Squash with Browned Butter Walnuts. Yes, creamed spaghetti squash. It's not the usual, but it is very GOOD -- roasted squash + extra creamy cream sauce (swear it taste like melted Brie) that’s swirled with pesto and hinted with garlic + a topping buttery walnuts and crisped sage.   • Salted Honey Butter Parker House Rolls. Light, airy, buttery, perfectly salted, and best part? Made in under an hour using @fleischmannsyeast . Just one thing?   • Herby Mushroom Croissant Stuffing. So, I'm not a stuffing person. I know, I'm sorry. BUT then everyone asked me to share a Thanksgiving stuffing and this is what I made. It's not classic, but I love it. Why? Buttery croissants, cozy herbs, caramelized wild mushroom, kale, and Gruyère cheese. Basically just taking classic stuffing from bland and boring to flavorful and completely delicious. Bonus? This is just as good for Thanksgiving as it is an easy meal.
