  • No-Guilt Fettuccine Alfredo --> the healthy...ish version of classic alfredo complete with a creamy hummus "alfredo sauce" and roasted broccoli. The hummus makes the sauce extra creamy, but without actually adding in any cream! Don't worry though, I still left in some of the parmesan.   • My favorite Vegan Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake. Vegan or not, this cake is sooo delicious. It's rich, super creamy, heavy on the chocolate, and every last bite is so good. The secret? Soaking those raw cashews in boiling water (then draining). Takes a minute to do but it's worth it.
