Snickers Coconut Caramel Cupcakes

It’s Friday! Hooray! And I am NOT showing you ice cream! Wait, what?? I know, it is a miracle that I actually baked a dessert. Like in the oven, HOT temps people. Not the below freezing ones I have been hiking in lately. Trust me, it was hard to actually get my brain to think […]

Cheesy Cajun Fries with Grilled Corn Guacamole, Bacon and Fried Eggs

Let’s just start putting drippy fried eggs on everything. K? Oh wait, I have already been doing that. I really don’t know why, but every other recipe I want to make I think “oh, I should put an egg on top of that”, or, “oh, I think an egg stuffed in there would be good”, or ” […]

Peanut Butter Banana Frozen Yogurt Pops with Chocolate Drizzle

You guys know what’s really weird? I absolutely HATE being cold, but yet I continue to make frozen treats. Frozen treats that when I photograph, make me shiver. For some reason every time I shoot any kind of ice cream my hands end up molding the ice cream into a cone, or sandwiching it between […]

Sweet sweet summer time food you should probably, no absolutely, make.

Sweet, sweet summer time food you should probably, no absolutely, make! So people, it’s official. Memorial Day, the (unofficial) start to summer is finally here! Good God almighty, hallelujah! (I have listened to way too much Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw these last couple days) The past four days of weather have been full on summer bliss!  Granted […]

Hot Fudge Chocolate Chip Cookie Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwich.

I told you there was more ice cream coming…. Except this one I can’t take credit for. Ok, well I did make it, but the idea behind it was my picky no vegetable, no fruit, no fish-eating teenage brother. Malachi or Kai or even Malachi John as I call him when he is annoying the […]

BBQ Grilled Corn, Jalapeño and Peach Quinoa Salad.

Please someone, I need some help. No, not with my mental state, although some people may argue this. And no not with my current corn, jalapeño or ice cream obsessions. No I like those just the way they are and to be honest they are probably just getting going. I am thinking they are not […]

Peanut Butter Burgers with Slim Jim Fries and Chocolate Malted Milkshake.

Also known as the peanutburger. What’s a peanutburger you ask? Well, if you live on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio than you probably already know the answer to this one. But for those of you from any other part of the world, let me tell you. Bearden’s is a diner style restaurant straight out of the 50’s. […]

Corn Fritters with Coconut Whipped Cream and Sweet Honey Bourbon Syrup.

Today the pictures say it all. Which is why I have a total of ten. Yes, ten. Remember I have a problem with decisions and I just could not decide which photos to use. Originally there was eighteen, so give me some credit. At least I got rid of eight, but trust me it was hard. […]

Caprese Quinoa Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms with Balsamic Glaze.

I did something that made me very happy this weekend. I made my first caprese themed recipe of the year. Ok, fine I guess it’s not my first since last August. I did make these awesome Roasted Asparagus Caprese Melts with a Fried Egg, but it’s been a few months and fresh spring produce is finally starting […]

Sweet Honey Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread Biscuits

Today we are talking Jalapeño’s and Cornbread and Cheddar AND Honey. The first time I ever made cornbread I think I was eleven or twelve. We were having a family party, I think for the 4th of July. My parents always had family parties. Out house in Rocky River on the West side of Cleveland, OH […]

  • Cauliflower Al Pastor Quesadillas with Lime Smashed Avocado...and grilled pineapple too. Load it up, you know? This one is best for when you’re craving hearty Mexican, but want to keep things on the healthier too. It's a little cheesy, a touch smoky, stuffed with spicy chipotle cauliflower, pineapple, and finished with smashed avocado. My ideal meal anytime of the day. SO GOOD. Grab the recipe link in my profile. PS. I'm very ready for Cinco de Mayo. Anyone else? The margarita recipe is coming this weekend 🌺 #eatingfortheinsta  #f52grams #buzzfeast  #eeeeeats #easyrecipes #feedfeed
  • Finding inspiration to create new and exciting recipes each day can sometime have its struggles. I flew to South Korea last year to watch my bother compete at the Olympics…giving me plenty of inspiration to create new recipes like this Stir Fried Korean Beef and Toasted Sesame Noodle recipe! As a food influencer it’s the travel and memories that keep me creative and since I started using my Wells Fargo Propel® card last year I’ve earned 3X points on all of my trips.Traveling is my favorite way to keep the inspiration flowing and with the points I’ve earned with my Propel card I plan on doing a lot more trips this year! You can find the recipe for the Korean beef on HBH - link in profile.  #ad #LifewithPropel
  • Roasted Lemon Artichoke and Browned Butter Pasta. Sometimes I worry I share too much pasta, but really, is there such a thing? Ah no, there is no such thing as too much pasta. This one is a new springtime favorite that is super easy and so good --> roasted artichokes, fresh herbs, buttery walnuts, and a little bit of burrata cheese too. Best part? All you need is pantry staples, fresh herbs and 30 minutes. Pretty much perfect. Shared the recipe on HBH - link in profile. #buzzfeast #eatingfortheinsta #eeeeeats #instayum #pasta #easyrecipes
  • Blueberry Swirl Coffee Cake Muffins. Bursting with blueberries and better than the bakery. It's true. When it comes to blueberry muffins, I take them pretty seriously. Mine need to be extra moist, filled with plenty of real blueberries AND double the streusel. The game changer here though? Using both fresh blueberries and blueberry jam for a muffin that’s literally bursting with blueberries. Beyond good and perfect any day and anytime of the of the week.
