  • 30 Minute Creamy Sesame Miso Ramen with Crispy (buttery) Mushrooms. This is comfort food, but healthy and trust me, it's GOOD. Hello to creamy miso broth, double the noodles, and crispy, buttery, sesame mushrooms. It's everything good. Just one thing? Go heavy on the noodles. Best part. Obviously. Recipe on the blog today - linked in profile. PS. as much as I love the egg on top, this can easily be made vegan too. #ramen
  • One Skillet Greek Meatballs and Lemon Butter Orzo (add creamy, salty, lemony whipped feta too). So. Very. Good. The story? My oldest brother? He loves any kind of meatball. The other thing he really loves? Any kind of Greek food. I put the two together and got this colorful bowl of crispy chicken meatballs + buttery orzo + creamy whipped feta. It's made in one skillet, pretty easy, and very delicious. Recipe on the blog today - link in profile. Get at it :)
