Sharing My Favorite Healthy Recipes for 2022. The new year is almost here, so let’s start it off right with healthy, balanced, and of course, delicious recipes. I’ve included all of my favorites – everything from breakfast, to lunch, to dinner, to dessert. Each and every one of them is delicious, just a little more balanced, and made with plenty of vegetables…but still cheese and carbs too! I’m excited to start January off with lots of color…and deliciousness too. Which of these recipes are your personal favorites?
It has been bitter cold here this week. And while it’s left me making all the coziest recipes, I’m excited for the new month ahead. Lots of fresh recipes with plenty of color! I’ve already start planning, cooking, and shooting January recipes. But with so many delicious recipe in the archives, I love sharing this round-up post every year.
This is the 6th Healthy January and it’s become a month I think everyone really enjoys. Here’s the thing, I use the word “healthy” lightly because everyone’s view on healthy is different.
Personally, I’m not a fan of diets or diet food. Instead of dieting, I really try to focus on using only real food within the recipes I share. That means lots of fruits, vegetables, proteins, with some whole grains mixed in.
And with the cold winter days here, we still want cozy food. Thankfully, cozy and healthy can work together. As usual, this month I’m excited to share bright colorful recipes that are full of flavor and nutrients.
