It’s crazy that after two long years of working on Half Baked Harvest Super Simple, the release day is finally here! Writing a cookbook front to back, testing the recipes, photographing the recipes, and going through all the editing is truly so much work. I can’t say that all of it was fun (and there were definitely some tears…), but I gave this book everything I had, and I am SO HAPPY with how it turned out.

I cannot wait for you all to flip through the pages, cook from it, and hopefully enjoy every last recipe!

If you’ve pre-ordered, you should be receiving the book today. Meaning that some of you might even be able to make my favorite weeknight Sage Butter Chicken Pot Pie or Penne Alla Vodka plus a side of crusty homemade bread TONIGHT. I’ve been so excited to share this book with you all. And now I will nervously be waiting to hear what you all think. My hope is that you LOVE every single recipe.

As many of you know, I’m in New York this week promoting the book. I had an amazing signing with the Feed Feed last night. It was great to meet so many of you. Thank you to everyone who got tickets, and thank you for taking the time to come spend the night with me. It was the best!

This morning I’m on Good Morning America making my Sage Butter Chicken Pot Pie and Black Pepper Buffalo Cauliflower Bites. If you read this early, wish me luck!

I have a few fun meetings in the city, then an event at Eatley tonight. Excited to meet some of you soon!

I have one more fun project tomorrow, then it’s back home to Colorado. I’ll be back in NYC this December for a few really great events. I can’t share all the details just yet, but soon!!

  1. I received my cookbook today and I’m so excited to try some of these recipes! I’m going home for thanksgiving and I’m the one who does all the cooking because I enjoy it. I can’t wait to try some of the overnight/quick brunch recipes 🙂

  4. CONGRATULATIONS, Tieghan, on your second cookbook ! I love your first. I didn’t preorder this one because my sister Christmas shops early and wants ideas so I told her, your new book!! So I might have to wait until Christmas.
    I am also loving your cocktails- I’m not much of a drink maker, but I’ve become one following your fab drink recipes!! I am excited I’ve gotten into something that’s new for me! A lot of cocktails I drink, I’m good with one, but your ingredients make me definitely want more than one! So good, not too sugary, the right amount of booze! My friends say the same thing!!
    You are doing an amazing job all the way around- congrats again!! ❤️❤️

    I did notice a typo in the pumpkin pudding cake recipe. In the topping…you list creme frieshe vs. mascarpone in the instructions…just wanted to mention it. Not a problem for me, but not sure if it can be corrected for others downloading.
