It’s crazy that after two long years of working on Half Baked Harvest Super Simple, the release day is finally here! Writing a cookbook front to back, testing the recipes, photographing the recipes, and going through all the editing is truly so much work. I can’t say that all of it was fun (and there were definitely some tears…), but I gave this book everything I had, and I am SO HAPPY with how it turned out.
I cannot wait for you all to flip through the pages, cook from it, and hopefully enjoy every last recipe!
If you’ve pre-ordered, you should be receiving the book today. Meaning that some of you might even be able to make my favorite weeknight Sage Butter Chicken Pot Pie or Penne Alla Vodka plus a side of crusty homemade bread TONIGHT. As many of you know, I’m in New York this week promoting the book. I had an amazing signing with the Feed Feed last night. It was great to meet so many of you. Thank you to everyone who got tickets, and thank you for taking the time to come spend the night with me. It was the best!
