Late Summer Vegetable Bolognese with Creamy Polenta.
We are just THIRTEEN short days away from the release of my very first cookbook, The Half Baked Harvest Cookbook. I’ve now said this about a million times over, but I just cannot believe the book’s release is almost here! I am in shock, excited, nervous, jumping for joy (literally jumping up and down to release my anxiousness). Basically I’m feeling the full spectrum of emotions.
We have some really fun promotional events planned for the coming weeks (see next Tuesday’s post for another big announcement). And it all starts today, with the most exciting giveaway we’ve ever done over here at HBH.
To celebrate the book’s release I have been working with my publishing team at Clarkson Potter, as well as some of my favorite brands, Crate and Barrel, Land O’Lakes, Kroger, and Colorado Tourism, to put together a weekend retreat for a group of some of my favorite food and lifestyle influencer friends, and TWO of you readers. YES, two readers are going to be able to join me and 15 other bloggers here at my little barn in Colorado September 21-24, 2017.
It’s because of you readers that this cookbook is happening, and for that I truly could not be more grateful. If I could I would fly you all out here to celebrate the book’s release. Ahh…if only I could do that!
But seeing as that’s nearly impossible, I am happy to be able to bring two of you out for a fun weekend getaway and an all around great experience. There will be hiking, cheese making, cooking, horseback riding, tons of chatting, and of course so much good food!
