  • Filipino Coconut Cauliflower Adobo. I have one head of cauliflower in the fridge in this is what I am making. It's chicken adobo, but swap the chicken for cauliflower. My brothers are rolling their eyes at me for swapping cauliflower for chicken, but honest? This. Is. So. GOOD. The cauliflower just soaks up that tangy adobo sauce. Delicious. Serve with rice + avocado +  a side of beans (hello to pantry staples!). Recipe on HBH - linked in profile. What was Sunday night dinner for you guys?
  • Herby Everything Cheddar Swirl Buns. Sunday baking and so very happy about it. These are well, everything good :) Soft, doughy, swirled with cheddar cheese, pesto, and a sprinkle of everything bagel spice too. Enjoy...at literally anytime of the day, breakfast, lunch, dinner. Perfect for Easter at home too! Recipe on HBH linked in profile. PS. added a no yeast option for anyone who can’t find it.
  • Skillet Pesto Cheese Lasagna Roll Ups. Sometimes the classics need an update. Enter cheesy lasagna rolls ups. Basil pesto + ricotta cheese rolled up inside lasagna noodles and cooked in a spicy, creamy bolognese style sauce (which is everything good + all made in one skillet). Best any night of the week dinner...with a side of honey butter beer bread. SO. GOOD.  Shared the recipe on HBH this week. Linked in profile. What are you guys making this weekend?
  • Spicy Cucumber Margarita. A touch of sweet + spicy, and finished with a salty chili rim. Trust me, it's exactly what you need. Tip? Add a little ginger beer for some fizz. It's very good. Recipe on the blog today. Link in profile. Ps. if your don't have cucumbers, swap fresh or frozen fruit or your favorite jam :) Pss. can we all agree to make spicy margaritas tonight?! #HBHcocktailsaturday
