Every ounce of me wishes we could all be together so you could really see and feel my excitement for this beautiful time of year. September marks the beginning of the best four months of the entire year, and I embrace the spirit of the season every single day.
There’s just something about September. My excitement builds for everything that’s ahead. Right now, all I can think about are crisp September apples, the changing light, leaves turning from shades of yellow to red, cooler weather, fall fashion, crockpot dinners, and a schedule filled with all of fall’s magic and sparkle.
I thrive during these next four months, and it feels so wonderful to finally be here.
So, ahead of the long weekend, I’m excitedly taking some time today to share all of our favorite apple recipes. In September, I strictly stick to apples—pumpkin can wait just a little longer!
This might be a weekend ahead of schedule, but I know many of you have plans to go apple picking soon. And the season has officially arrived at the markets too. Those sweet Honeycrisp apples are finally here!
