Chicken Cobb Salad with Avocado Ranch | halfbakedharvest.com

After a quick trip to New York this week, I was left with so much excitement for spring, spring recipes, and the approaching summer months! I have a feeling we’re all feeling that very same way. I’m craving warm days, fresh dishes, and easy recipes to enjoy daily! I’ve seen a lot of requests recently for a list of my favorite spring recipes. So I felt that now would be the perfect time to share a collection of my favorites from past spring seasons.

With twelve years of recipes under our belt, I have so many amazing spring dishes to share. And you know what’s super convenient? These are either made in under an hour or slow-cooked all day. Very easy peasy, which we, of course, love!

We may all be lusting for summer, but until those hot, humid days arrive, let’s enjoy the seasonal dishes spring has to offer! Come June, I’ll share our annual summer recipe collection—the ultimate guide to sunny season recipes!

  1. Thank you these amazing recipes. In the future, I would like to see more fish recipes, I feel like your seafood options are heavy on salmon and shrimp!

  2. Hello thanks a lot to share these receipes
Do you write a book about it ? I would be interested !

  3. I like this format better than a daily recipe. You could really do bimonthly recipes with a theme. Like Father’s Day/beginning of summer. This would free you up to do things you really enjoy or just have fun. You could reinvent yourself. Taylor Swift did it! Change is good. You are too young to be working so hard you forget to eat. Moving to Florida would have been good for you even if it was for 6-months out of the year.

    1. Hey Terry,
Thanks so much for sharing this suggestions! Glad to hear you enjoyed this post today:) Have a great Friday! xT

  4. Just an fyi – if you are going to make the spinach artichoke chicken orzo and see comments about dryness or issues with liquid to orzo ratio, the recipe now calls for 1 cup of orzo instead of one pound. I think this change will make a world of difference.

  5. Always love your posts and emails. This email was difficult to follow with partial pics that didn’t correspond to the recipes. Maybe it was the ad placements? More of an FYI. Thanks for all you do! ❤️
