  • The Saturday night (party size) Italian Melt...ciabatta, olives, peppers, spreads, meats + cheese, baked until melty on the inside, and just perfectly crusty outside. It. Is. Very. Good. Added bonus? This is the easiest to make and feeds the fam. Recipe on HBH - link in profile. What's everyone making tonight??
  • Sheet Pan Blackened Salmon Bowl with Potatoes and Avocado Goddess Sauce...plus feta and other things too because you all know I love a loaded bowl. It's healthy food that is addictingly good, super simple, and pretty too. And it's perfect for the weekend - get the link in my profile. PS. if you make this on Sunday, it doubles as Monday's lunch and that's going to make life better :) ... ... On a large baking sheet combine: 1 pound baby potatoes, halved if large 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil kosher salt and black pepper Roast at 425 for 20 minutes, or until tender. Then add 4 salmon fillets and season with  1 tbs honey, 2 tsp smoked paprika, 2 tsp cumin 4 cloves garlic, juice of 1-2 lemons, + 1 pinch red pepper flakes. Return pan to oven and roast for 10 to 20 minutes more. For the goddess sauce: 1 avocado, halved 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt 1 cup fresh cilantro 1/2 cup fresh basil, plus more for serving 1 jalapeño, halved and seeded juice from 1 lemon 1 teaspoon cumin Blend everything together. Season with salt. Spread the sauce onto plates. Add brown rice, potatoes, salmon, and feta. Enjoy! #recipevideo
  • (easiest) Coconut Banana Cake with Fudgy Chocolate Frosting. No fuss, super quick to mix up, and SO DELICIOUS! Sums up this to a T. The cake is heVy on the banana, softy, fluffy, and perfectly. It's (generously) swirled with whipped, fudgey chocolate frosting and every bite it good. Bake this tonight, over the weekend, just soon. Promise, it's a good idea. Especially late night :) recipe linked in profile. #cake #chocolatecake
  • 30 Minute Creamy Sesame Miso Ramen with Crispy (buttery) Mushrooms. This is comfort food, but healthy and trust me, it's GOOD. Hello to creamy miso broth, double the noodles, and crispy, buttery, sesame mushrooms. It's everything good. Just one thing? Go heavy on the noodles. Best part. Obviously. Recipe on the blog today - linked in profile. PS. as much as I love the egg on top, this can easily be made vegan too. #ramen
