Thanks for joining me for another Nine Favorite Things post.
Well, what can I say? I hit the ground running this week. And while it wasn’t what I would call my favorite kind of work week, it was very productive. And I’m really excited for all that’s coming in 2019.
After a couple of good meetings, a day full of creating new recipe videos, and multiple days (and countless hours) spent typing away on the computer, I am really looking forward to being back in the kitchen this week!
Coming up on HBH, we’ll be continuing on with week two of Healthy January. I will be sharing a new cauliflower recipe (that I’m so excited to tell you all about). One of my favorite soups that I’ve made in a long time. An addictingly good noodle dish. And a healthy dessert that’s a chocolate lover’s dream.
Lastly, if you missed anything from this past week, be sure to sign up for our newsletter here. Hope you’re all having the best post holiday weekend, and enjoy this Sunday’s Favorites!

you can cross Liechtenstein right from the list. there is really nothing to see 🙂 it‘s so small! I live right next to it, so ig you don‘t combine it wirh Switzerland, Austria (this is where I am from) or Germany it‘s not worth the trip. I travelled to Matera last summer, it was absolutely amazing! I habe some pictures on the blog, if you‘re interested. Copenhagen is foodie heaven!
cheers

Thank you so much Nadin! I would love to check out the photos if you would link your blog below!
i think my favouritest place to travel has to be iceland, hands down–the nature is gorgeous, im a sucker for COLD weather, and…mostly….the horses…they’e some of the nicest ive ever ridden, and their tolt is SO COMFORTABLE to ride. really hoping to go again for a 10 day riding holiday sometime soon, haha (on the same vein, i’d love to visit greenland sometime soon!)
chile is also a beautiful, beautiful place, though i’ve only been to santiago and la serena–in santiago i only went to this korean place where i had The best japchae, and then this cute bakery where i got a cream cheese and blueberry brioche that was? fantastic, imho
la serena has this lovely cafe called lighthouse café that had the best waffles though honstly….my favourite bite of the day was getting some completos from a food truck (completos are hotdogs with avocado and mayonnaise, plus we added some hot sauce and garlic sauce to ours…..it was a calorie bomb, but so so worth it (with fries too!)
The photos of Iceland I have seen are absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for these suggestions Aran!
And, celeb sightings if you are into that.
Sir Paul is there now and many more
Anywhere warm, sunny, palms and clear water oh and seashells…and why I love and have always lived in south Florida. No snow for me except for a quick visit. Lol.
You will love St Bart’s and mega luxury yachts and more. Beautiful and $$$
Thank you Vickie! That sounds amazing!
