  1. Your honesty and vulnerability in sharing your personal experiences is truly admirable It takes courage to open up and I applaud you for it

  2. 1/1/23

Looking through the new recipes today are a chore! The website is a hot mess. Pop up ads are covering everything. There are ads in the center over recipes, on the side, which condense the page and across the bottom.
Hopefully, this is not the new normal.

    1. I agree. I was looking at the healthy recipes of this year list and it took me FOREVER to get to the bottom because of all the ads. It separates the title from the picture from the meal… it’s a lot on my computer to just get to the end of the list and I gave up halfway through.

  3. ok, color me confused. this post is what to make this week, but there is also a meal plan 12 for this week – (I don’t care for the boxed in type as in 12) – and both of these are different. i have followed your weekly meal plans for like – ever…and just confused. is it one or the other, or both as in pick one? thanks!
