Sundays in January are some of my favorites.
It’s bitter cold outside, snow is typically falling, and cozying up is perfectly acceptable. So go ahead, snuggle up in blankets, read a book, watch a movie, or plan for the week ahead. It’s chill vibes all around and I love it.
I’m really into planning this month. I’ve been thinking a lot about the blog and some fun ways to freshen it up a bit. For the last week I’ve been wracking my brain for new ideas for Sunday posts. Most of the time I have a recipe to share, but I’m wondering if you guys might like to see other things from me. For example, would you be interest in more of a lifestyle type post? Do you love when I share my favorite links from around the web? Or are you into these round-up style posts, like the one I’m sharing below? I would love to hear yours thoughts on what you guys might enjoy seeing on Sundays.
I’m currently in the very last stretch of finishing up the cookbook photos…meaning I can see the light at the end of tunnel, yeah! So, in an attempt to keep things short today I’m sharing seven of my favorite, cozy, but healthy, winter dinner recipes. These are my goto’s and I love each and every one.
