This is like a cross between eggy brioche and extra flaky, buttery croissants and it's truly the BEST --> light, buttery (do you see those layers?!? it's the butter...), super soft, and swirled with hints of sweet honey.   • Herby Polenta + Seared Honey Butter Blackened Scallops. Perfect combo? 100% YES. Well, I don't really believe in perfect, but this is pretty close.
