30 Easy Spring Salads That Aren’t Boring! I’m excited to share our most-loved spring salad recipes to make all season long. The longer, brighter days are finally here, and with the change of seasons comes fresh inspiration—and plenty of salads on repeat. This collection includes vibrant leafy salads, pasta salads we all love, hearty dinner-style salads, and of course, salads with burrata too. Because salads should never be boring—they should be seriously delicious!

It hit close to ninety degrees in Austin today, and if you know me, you know I’m so happy about it. The sunshine, the warmth on my skin—it just does something. It has me so excited to start sharing all the spring recipes. I’m ready for big salads and fresh dinners to enjoy in this beautiful weather.

Salads are one of my favorite things to reinvent and turn into something that feels anything but boring. I promise salads can be so good—there’s even a pizza salad below, if that tells you anything!

And I’ve always loved a good salad—even as a kid. I was the one passing on the chips and asking for carrots and ranch instead. I’ve always loved anything ranch-based or a good pasta salad. But my favorite will always be a big steak salad with sweet potato fries and crumbled cheese or creamy burrata.

My arugula salad is always popular this time of year. And of course, chicken and salami salads are always popular too. I already have so many new ideas I want to start working on (Austin has such a good salad scene). But it’s also fun to bring some of my older recipes back into the spotlight.
