{Today I’ve partnered with Simply Orange to share these quick, easy and refreshing popsicles that are the perfect summertime treat…bring on the heat! For more Simply Orange recipes, be sure to follow their Facebook page.}
Can we talk about popsicles please?!
More specifically strawberry, mango and low acid orange juice popsicles? Just THREE ingredients and yet SO good. Did I mention, SO good?? I’m kind of excited here. I mean, it’s not every day such a simple recipe turns out to be so amazing, and surprisingly very pretty too.
Clearly these pops are a HUGE winner in my book!
Somehow we have already entered into the second week of June. For me, that means, time to start breaking out all the popsicle, ice cream, gelato and frozen yogurt recipes…basically any and all recipes that scream summer… YES!
Are you guys as excited as I am? I feel like I say this every year, but no matter what age I am, summer will always be synonymous with awesome memories and great times. June through August are all about summer vacations, long days spent in the sun snacking on popsicles and late nights sitting around a bonfire eating S’mores. Of course the summers of my memories aren’t quite like my grown up ones. Summers now, versus summers spent in Cleveland as a kid/teen are very, very different, but I mean… that’s life, you grow up, things change… you know how it goes. That said, I’m still super exited for what’s going on this summer. I may not be spending a whole lot of time at the pool or beach, BUT other good things will surely be happening. And yes, there will still be lots and lots of summertime treats like popsicles, ice cream and um… more popsicles? J
Anyway, let’s chat about these popsicles. Honestly, they’re just about one of my favorite recipes of the summer. To me, summertime recipes should be all about fast and easy so that more time can be spent outside in the warm weather. When you have basically a two-month break between freezing rain and snow, you gotta take advantage of the warm weather! That’s when these three ingredients popsicles come into play.
I teamed up with Simply Orange to share with you their new low acid orange juice. I’m a huge fan of orange juice and use it in a lot in my cooking and baking. What I love most about Simply Orange is that their products are not from concentrate, never sweetened and never frozen. For me this is a BIG deal because I like to know exactly what’s in my orange juice. The new Simply Orange Low Acid is smooth, mild and has a delicious taste that now everyone can love! It’s the perfect juice to use as the base for popsicles or to enjoy as a standalone beverage. It pairs really well with the tropical mango and summer strawberries I used in these 3 Ingredient Strawberry Mango Popsicles!
OKok, so here’s how these go. You ready? They’re quick.
…puree some fresh strawberries with a little orange juice and then add the puree to your popsicles molds.
…puree a whole bunch of super ripe mango chunks with a little more orange juice and then pour this mix over the strawberry mix.
…freeze.
…done and DONE…now eat!
My family LOVES these popsicles. We’ve decided they’re best eaten as a refreshing delicious treat after a great hike, but really they’re perfect after anything in the sun. Of course, I’ve also seen my little brother sneak one in as schoolwork diversion… it’s non-stop schoolwork for that kid right now… gotta get it in somewhere! So really, sun or no sun, any time is the perfect time for these cool treats! Trust me, you’ve just met your newest addiction!
They are THAT good.

Is it popsicle time yet?! Yes, yes, YES.
PS. Asher says these three ingredient Strawberry Mango Popsicles are her very favorite…way better than anything she has ever gotten from the grocery store. YEAHHH!!
GORGEOUSSS!!!!! seriously it’s so damn hot in NYC right now, I’m dying for one of these! xo
I’m STILL jealous! But seriously sounds like you need these LOL
Thanks Christine!
Why did you put ice cubes on top of the popsicles??
For photo purposes and to help the popsicles stay cold while I photographed them. Thanks!
Easy, pretty, and frozen. I have a bottle of Simply Orange in my fridge right now and I’m up to my ears in strawberries after a stint in a local strawberry patch, so I am SO on this. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe!!
YESS! How perfect! I hope you love them!! Thanks Sam!
Wait… I have this mould and I had no idea you could take the plastic out!
Such colorful and refreshing pops! I love the beautiful ombre colors in each one!
Thanks Cass!! Let me know if you get to make them, what you think!!
These look delicious! I like that you pureed the fruit. I don’t like chunks of fruit in popsicles. Putting the ingredients on the list for this weekend!
My brothers the same way! I don’t really mind, but I think they are better this way!! Hope you love them!! Thank you (:
Um, yes please? Perfect treat for after a pool-day. Thanks for sharing!
Agreed!! Post pool snacks!! Thanks Nicole!
This is perfect!! All I have right now is ripe mangos, and strawberries!! And its suppose to be in the 90’s this week. Yickes!!
That sounds so nice!! Sounds like time for popsicles!! Thanks Melody!
These look great! I also love the Simply juices, their Limeade is pretty awesome! When I actually purchase orange juice, it’s always the low acid kind. I will be giving both the juice and the pops a try!
Thank you! Hope that works well for you! And I hope you love the Popsicles!!
