  • Balsamic Peach Spritz 🍑 the new Aperol spritz? Similar, yet different, but most importantly, so dang GOOD --> sweet peach jam, a splash of tart white balsamic vinegar, topped off with prosecco.   • Bucatini Amatriciana. The fanciest name for a super simple pasta that is extra delicious --> cherry tomatoes, guanciale (...or pancetta if you are like me and can't find guanciale), fresh rosemary, Pecorino cheese, so much black pepper, and bucatini. Not a lot of ingredients, but so much flavor. Learned this classic Italian style pasta from @clairethomas and trust me I was skeptical, but I promise you it's so good.   • Homemade Animal Crackers 🐘🐒 Why? Because it's Monday and Monday's should involve something sweet and something fun. Also because it's summer and I really just love taking things back to my childhood days. SO. Homemade ANIMAL CRACKERS it is --> mini cinnamon baked animal cookies dipped into a sweet berry-colored glaze (summer = natural food coloring). Nothing not to love. Suggestion?
