I’m so excited to share this collection of our very best Halloween cocktails, fall drinks, and easy big-batch punches. These are the drinks we come back to every fall and love making all season long. They’re perfect for Friday nights, dinner parties, Halloween gatherings, or spooky evenings at home.
I’ve shared this post every fall for years now, adding new drinks each season alongside old favorites. It’s become a collection I really love because I have so much fun creating these drinks.
When I create a drink, I almost always start with the evening I’m imagining. Simple, cozy drinks for chilly nights by the fire. Spooky drinks for Halloween parties, which I have way too much fun with! And then, as we get closer to the holidays, slightly fancier drinks that still feel easy enough to serve to a larger crowd.
With every cocktail, I always share two variations: one with alcohol and one without. As someone who doesn’t drink much alcohol myself, it’s important to me to create a version everyone can enjoy. Kids, adults, or anyone who simply doesn’t want a cocktail should still have something festive to sip. The non-alcoholic version should feel just as special and fun.
This time of year, I’m mixing up drinks all the time. People are in and out of the house, especially as we get closer to the holidays, and having something seasonal to offer everyone makes the house feel so welcoming. Sometimes I’ll put out a small cheese board too, which everyone always appreciates!
When I started Cocktail Saturday years ago, the idea was really simple. I wanted to help you make something seasonal, festive, and easy to mix up at home.
For October, we’ll lean into the spooky Halloween drinks—again, my favorite! Then, as we move into November and December, I’ll start sharing cozier drinks that fit easily into holiday dinners, parties, and nights with friends and family.
I recently polled our community about what you’d like to see this season, and to my surprise, so many of you asked for more signature cocktails. I LOVE this idea and think they’ll be so much fun to create!
Is there anything else you’d love to see this year? I always love hearing your requests. You can email me or leave a comment below.
Enjoy this collection of fall favorites. I can’t wait to see which drinks you’re mixing up this season!
