  • Extra Crispy, Extra Cheesy HASH BROWN WAFFLES. Not sure your weekend brunch can get any better than these fun, quick, and easy waffles. You need to give them a try. Here is what you do --> combine shredded hash browns with melted butter, a pinch of onion powder, fresh chives, salt and pepper. Butter your waffle iron and fill with a layer of hash browns, a layer of shredded cheese, and then another layer of hash browns. Cook for 8-12 minutes until your waffles are golden, and extra crisp. Serve however you please, but stacking with bacon and eggs is truly amazing.
