Apple Cider Sangria. My simplest autumn drink and one of my favorite pitcher-style cocktails to serve on early fall nights. It’s easy to mix up and ideal for kicking off a night with family and friends. The flavors are everything I want this time of year.

White wine mixed with sweet apple cider, brandy, crisp Honeycrisp apples, warm spices, and a splash of ginger beer. It’s a touch sweet, refreshing, and so easy to make ahead. The best kind of fall cocktail for entertaining.
