    We made this for the 4th but my husband didn’t want Italian meats so we used peppered turkey, roasted chicken instead. Forgot the olives and pepperonchini, so would really like to try it again. We but them on a jelly roll pan and cooked on the grill – delish. The dijon/fig combo will be an inspiration and the leftover red pepper sauce needs a pasta soon!
