  • Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken and Avocado Cobb Salad with Tahini Ranch. Goal? No boring salads. Ever. Enter this Cobb —> seasoned roasted chicken, crispy bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, plenty of other (good) salad things + super creamy tahini "ranch". Is it a traditional cobb? Nope. But it's sure is a good. Linked to the recipe in my profile.
  • Cheddar Pierogi with Caramelized Onions and Bacon. Did you grow up eating the frozen Mrs. T's Pierogi? Because I certainly did and they where my favorite...covered them in extra cheddar it twas delicious. But these? These are homemade and SO. MUCH. BETTER. Hello to potato + cheddar filled dumplings, layered with caramelized onions...and salty bacon. Sunday night dinner at it's best. Recipe below + on HBH (link in profile). ... ... Make the dough. In a medium bowl, combine the 2 cups flour, 1 tsp kosher salt, 2 tbs butter, 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, and 1 egg, and mix until combined. Let sit 30 min. Make the filling. In the instant pot, combine 3 pounds potatoes + 1 1/2 cups water. Cover and cook on high pressure/manual for 12 minutes. Quick release the steam. Drain, return the to the pot and mash, adding 2 tbs butter, 2 cups shredded cheddar, and 2 oz cream cheese. Roll the dough out onto a floured surface. Cut out 3-inch circles. Spoon 2 tsp of filling into the center. Brush the edges with water and fold half of the dough over the filling to enclose it. Press down the edges to seal, pressing out all the air. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Boil the Pierogi. Make the butter sauce. Cook the bacon. Drain onto a paper towel. Wipe the skillet clean, then melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add 2 yellow onions and cook 5 minutes. Add the 3 tbs apple cider vinegar, season with salt and pepper and continue cooking another 5-8 minutes. Add the remaining 3 tbs butter and 1 tbs thyme. Drop the Pierogi into the sauce. Spoon the Pierogi and onions onto plates. Top with cheddar and bacon. EAT! #recipevideo
  • Late night (better than takeout) Thai Drunken Noodles..with double the sweet and spicy sauce + extra noodles too. Made in under 30 minutes. Best part?   • Cozy weekends + Creamy Wild Rice Chicken Soup with (buttery) Roasted Mushrooms It's creamy, herby, a little cheesy, and the wild rice adds the perfect amount of heartiness (and healthiness?!). And the mushrooms!? So. Good. Buttery, crispy and a little garlicky too. Yes, I do cozy comfort food really well. Linked to the recipe in my profile. PS.
