  • Bucatini Amatriciana. The fanciest name for a super simple pasta that is extra delicious --> cherry tomatoes, guanciale (...or pancetta if you are like me and can't find guanciale), fresh rosemary, Pecorino cheese, so much black pepper, and bucatini. Not a lot of ingredients, but so much flavor. Learned this classic Italian style pasta from @clairethomas and trust me I was skeptical, but I promise you it's so good.   • Homemade Animal Crackers 🐘🐒 Why? Because it's Monday and Monday's should involve something sweet and something fun. Also because it's summer and I really just love taking things back to my childhood days. SO. Homemade ANIMAL CRACKERS it is --> mini cinnamon baked animal cookies dipped into a sweet berry-colored glaze (summer = natural food coloring). Nothing not to love. Suggestion?   • Extra Crispy Basil Chicken Saltimbocca with Marinated Tomatoes and Burrata. Because i've always loved a good Sunday night dinner. This is currently my summer favorite and I'll be making it from now until September --> salty, crispy, breaded prosciutto wrapped chicken, balsamic and herb marinated cherry tomatoes, creamy burrata.   • Heirloom Tomato Cheddar Tart with Everything Spice. Find yourself some pastry + basil pesto (homemade if you happen to have lots of garden basil) + good cheddar cheese (or your fav cheese) + heirloom tomatoes (because it's July and you should eat a tomato a day) + everything spice (it's delicious...especially with tomatoes and cheddar).
