I dug deep for this one and Iโm so glad. I was a little intimidated about deep frying but it was super easy. These tacos were so delicious. I loved the flavors of the grapefruit salsa with the fish and the chipotle crema was the perfect amount of heat. Thank you for making taco Tuesday so yummy!

I should say that I was really surprised to see grapefruit among the ingredients for tacos! Why have you decided to choose exactly this fruit? I have never tasted fish tacos so I guess I should make ones.
I think the grapefruit pairs really well with the fish and I love using in season produce. Thanks Maria and I hope you get to give these a try!
