  • 20 Minute Honey Garlic Butter Shrimp in Coconut Milk. Spicy, garlicky, gingery and tossed with golden browned butter. It's Easy. It's Quick. And yes, it's DELICIOUS. My only suggestion? Add a side of oven fries + a spicy cucumber margarita...trust me, you should do this. Recipe on HBH today - linked in profile.
  • Crispy Salt and Vinegar Smashed Potatoes (w/ stove directions or IP). Monday snacks? I mean, why not, you know? These are kind of like potatoes chips, but maybe better? Potatoes, vinegar, cheese, plenty of flaky sea salt, black pepper, and creamy yogurt. The BEST + super EASY. Serve these this week, serve um for Easter...or just make them right now. Can't go wrong. Recipe on the blog. Link in profile.

My brothers are rolling their eyes at me for swapping cauliflower for chicken, but honest? This. Is. So. GOOD. The cauliflower just soaks up that tangy adobo sauce. Delicious. Serve with rice + avocado +  a side of beans (hello to pantry staples!). Recipe on HBH - linked in profile. What was Sunday night dinner for you guys?
