  • Pan Fried Brie. It's Saturday + a long weekend...so making all the fun (delicious) recipes because really, why not, you know?! Brie is always a good idea, but coat it in breadcrumbs and make it crispy on the outside and melty inside? Game changer. Add peppery, sweet honey. It's good. And easy. Recipe linked in profile. What is on everyone's menu this weekend?
  • Basil Smash Piña Colada. Easiest way to make the weekend better? Add frozen Piña Colada's to the mix, but make um a twist (of course). Do double the pineapple, add a good splash of rum, coconut cream (cause creamy is better), lots of fresh lime, and infuse it all with basil (or mint, I switch it up). OH AND? Add a sweet lime sugared rim. It's "extra", but it's also kind of delicious. I wouldn't skip it :) Recipe on HBH today - linked in profile. #HBHcocktailsaturday
  • Fudgy Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pretzel Cake. Salty, creamy + peanutty, and heavy on the fudge sauce. It's all just (very) GOOD. Added bonus? It’s without a doubt one of the simplest desserts, but it’s also the BEST. Oh and? It's completely no bake. Make it for Memorial day...and all summer long. Recipe on HBH - linked in profile.
  • One Pot Lemon, Basil, Asparagus and Spicy Sausage Pasta. One pot, 30 minutes, uses up all the asparagus (swap broccoli), all the basil, and a good amount of olives + parmesan too. OK and there might be a touch of garlic as well (I mean, of course). And wine. All the good (very) things. Shared the recipe today - get the link in my profile. So late night pasta? Or pasta for the long weekend? Both are good options :)
