Blood Orange Champagne Mule Punch
- juice of 2 limes (about 1/2 cup)
- juice of 2 small blood orange (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup (8 ounces) vodka
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 (8 ounce) ginger beers, chilled
- 1 (750ml) bottle champagne, chilled
1. Combine the blood orange juice, lime juice, vodka, and mint in a large pitcher. Stir to combine and chill until ready to serve.2. When ready to serve, fill the pitcher with ice. Slowly add the ginger beer and champagne. Ladle into glasses. Garnish with blood orange slices and fresh mint. Drink!
