Ingredients

  • 1 cup Not-From-Concentrate Florida’s Natural® Brand Orange Juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 4 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder optional
  • pinch of salt
  • chia seeds hemp seeds and or rose hips, for topping

Instructions

  • In a high power blender, combine the orange juice, coconut water, dates, carrot, mango, vanilla, turmeric, maca power, and a pinch of salt. Add a large handful of ice and blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Divide between 2 glasses and top as desired. Enjoy!
