  • Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until very smooth. The amount of time you blend will depend on the strength of your blender. Taste. If desired, you can pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and into a pitcher (this removes the chunky carrot pieces). Be sure to really push out all of the juices from the carrot pulp. Chill in the fridge for up to four days (stir before drinking) or serve immediately.
