- 3 red beets quartered
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 2 red apples quartered
- 2 blood oranges peeled
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoons honey depending on your taste (use maple syrup if vegan)
Juicer Method
In a high-powered juicer add the beets, spinach, blood oranges and ginger root. Juice into a clean pitcher. Add the lemon juice + honey, stir to combine. Chill in the fridge for up to four days (stir before drinking) or serve immediately.
