Vanilla Butter Pound Cake
A deliciously easy homemade pound cake
Servings: 1 (9x5 inch) cake
1. Preheat the oven to 375° F. Grease a (9x5 inch) loaf pan.2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until combined. Add the sour cream and vanilla, beating until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until combined. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. 3. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan. Bake 45 minutes, or until the center is just set. Let cool.
