1. In a medium pot, stir together cocoa powder, brown sugar, honey, cream, salt, and the chocolate. Place over medium heat, stirring often, until chocolate is melted, about 5 minutes. Remove the pot from heat, add the butter and vanilla and stir until smooth. Any leftover sauce can be refrigerated in an airtight container, just reheat over low heat, stirring until melted or heat in microwave, stirring frequently.
