1. Pour the coconut milk into a medium saucepan. Place over medium low heat until the milk is steaming, but not boiling, 5 minutes. Turn the heat off, add the chocolate, tahini, and honey. If desired a pinch of cinnamon is nice too. Cover and let sit 5 minutes to melt the chocolate. 2. Whisk the milk to incorporate the chocolate, if needed, place over low heat until steaming. Add the vanilla and sea salt. 3. Ladle the hot chocolate into mugs, dollop with whipped cream. Drink and enjoy!
