Happiest July 5th everyone (and happy birthday to my brother Creighton!)! I hope you guys had a great 4th of July and are enjoying a fun summer weekend with plenty of chill time in the sun, family, friends, and delicious food. I’m finally heading off to Costa Rica today to join my family for a few days of vacation…and knowing my family, plenty of adventure as well!

Just a quick post today, as I wanted to share some of HBH’s most popular summer recipes throughout the years. I love creating new recipes each and every day. But pulling recipes for this post really made me realize that I have some insanely delicious older recipes too! Hoping to recreate a few of them with some updates soon!

  6. I have made many of these! Corn salad, yum! The no fuss lemon tart was especially great, and was really no fuss! Also, not on this list was the Eton mess cheesecake that I made last weekend for my daughters birthday ?! It was a huge hit, especially because it is not overly sweet!

My July 4th dinner included the Salt and Vinegar Smashed Potatoes and the Greek Watermelon Feta salad which are fabulous. I also made the Grilled Street Corn Salad which was hugely popular.
