  • Herby Polenta + Seared Honey Butter Blackened Scallops. Perfect combo? 100% YES. Well, I don't really believe in perfect, but this is pretty close. Pan Seared scallops, spices, creamy, herby polenta, HONEY BUTTER. It's all very good. Favorite part? It takes maybe 30 minutes to throw together (probably less).   • Strawberry Chamomile Naked Cake --> truly the only cake you need to be making right now because SPRING is finally here. I mean...we still have plenty of snow, but I am bringing the spring vibes with one of my all time favorite cakes.   • Cauliflower Shawarma Wraps with Green Tahini and Feta. Very into creating "street food" at home right now and these are my go-to. If you didn't know, Cauliflower "Shawarma" is DELICIOUS. It’s in no way traditional (don't yell at me), but it is delicious. Spicy roasted cauliflower, green tahini (aka tahini with herbs), and feta stuffed into naan (cause I am obsessed).
