Nope, she is just my little sister, who I am whole heartedly obsessed with. To celebrate her big day my mom and I are surprising her with a girl's shopping trip. Today is a testing day for her, so she only has to go in to school for 30 minutes, once she's done we're heading down to Denver. Asher has suspected nothing yet, so I'm excited to see her face.   • FIVE Ingredient Cranberry Brie Cinnamon Sugar Puff Pastry Swirls <--the tittle literally say's it. But also? You need to make these for Thanksgiving (or Christmas). They are the easiest, cheesiest, and most delicious appetizer. Ever. Make them. Full recipe below. .
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
2-4 tablespoons butter, melted
8 ounces soft brie cheese, cubed
1 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

Brush the pastry with about a little butter and then sprinkle with a dusting of cinnamon sugar. You can go as heavy or at light as you would like. Arrange the brie over the pastry and sprinkle the cranberries over the brie.

Roll the pastry up as tightly as possible. Brush the roll with butter and then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to coat. Cut into 1/2 inch rounds. .
Place the swirls on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until the pastry golden. Serve warm!
