Chocolate is a must at the end of a long week...or just long days for that matter. This past week was filled with so many things. A lot of time was spent in the kitchen, and a lot of time was spent planning out the final details of the Studio Barn, which I am so excited about. Can I just say that the new studio kitchen is going to be insanely gorgeous. I'm the most exited I've ever been and so incredibly grateful for our amazing designers over at Park and Oak Design.   • Crockpot Thai Broccoli Chicken Curry --> reader favorite recipe! You guys love this curry and with good reason. It's so easy, pretty healthy, and SO GOOD. It makes for the perfect cozy winter dinner. Just one thing? Be sure to serve this curry over a bowl of rice, white or brown. Or maybe even some rice noodles. Quinoa works too. You just need some carbs with your curry. Got it? K. Cool. Recipe below. .

1 yellow onion, finely diced
6 cloves of garlic, minced or grated
1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled + grated
1 lemongrass stalk, finely chopped
1/4 cup Thai red curry paste
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 (14 ounce) cans coconut milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 pound chicken breast, diced
1 bunch broccoli rabe or broccolini
Combine all ingredients in the order listed in you slow cooker. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 4 hours. Just before serving, stir in 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or cilantro. .
