Guys. The time has finally come…Memorial Day Recipes!
Yes, Memorial Day is tomorrow and that means it’s summer BBQ time!! YEAHH!
Granted, it snowed here on Friday, but I’m a hoping and a prayin’ that the forecast is right and sixty degree weather will prevail for the remainder of the week. Surely most of you don’t live in a town where it snows till June. My fingers are crossed because today I am sharing a BUNCH of my favorite warm weather recipes, aka Memorial Day recipes, but equally perfect for all your upcoming summer parties. Salmon burgers. Loaded detox salads. Crudites that look like they’re worth a million bucks. Flavorful adobo skewers. Mannnnn, if you cooked everything, I would be the first to come to that Memorial Day party!

Everything is so colorful and looks so delicious.
I have the opposite problem–it turned hot and humid here.
We have the Taste of Cincinnati this weekend and I don’t want to go because of the heat and big crowds.
I like the high sixties for walks outside.

Uuuaah, snow! I love snow but I right now am happy with warm sunny days we have been having here in Spain lately! 🙂 I wouldn’t know which recipe to choose, they all look just perfect! But the Loaded Greek Quinoa Salad is one of my favourite ones so far! Oh, hang on and I also love everything with burrata or mozzarella in the recipe! 🙂 I shouldn’t be checking your pics when hungry 🙂
