Here we go, time for another New Year!!
2015 – I am so not ready for you. 2014 was pretty darn good to me and so much has happened and changed in just one year, it’s INSANE.
2014 was an amazing growth year for me. Here are some of the highlights for me:
*My invisible internet friends have grown greatly.
*Winning the Better Homes and Garden Best Everyday Eats Blogger Award.
*Readers making and sharing recipes on Instgram (I LOVE THIS). Use #halfbakedharvest
*Building a new workspace for myself. It’s not nearly finished, but it’s getting there!
*I may or may not be working on a few special behind the scenes things that I cannot wait to tell you about!!
*This means that I expect 2015 to be an even bigger and better year. I have goals and drive and I am excited. Gotta love some good New Year’s motivation!
Lastly, I just have to give a huge THANK YOU to each and every one of you who regularly read the blog, make comments, send emails and most importantly… make my recipes. I cannot tell you how much you all mean to me. Sometimes I think about all of you out there who read everyday and it seriously amazes me. I really can’t believe it, in fact I try hard not to think about it. If I do, I freak myself out that people are actually reading what I write. Embarrassing!! Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you. I’m hoping to make 2015 an even more delicious and picture filled year with plenty of new surprises and lots of fun!

Your blog is beautiful and delicious! Every recipe of yours I have tried was scrumptious— thank you for giving this vegetarian a variety of new entrée ideas to please meat-eaters and non-meat-eaters alike! My favorite is definitely the caramelized nectarine pizza. Mmmmmm 🙂

HeY Tieghan! I don’t think I’ve ever left a comment on your blog im sorry i don’t know why cause i check it all the time and got my best friend who cooks like crazy hooked on it too…but congratulations on such a great year! I made most of your top favorites my husband freaked out over the naan and saved me money too from having to buy those little pkgs of two at the grocery store since he would eat them in one sitting. During the summer i made batches of your blueberry granola bars all the time for our lunches. Next up on my list is your homemade croissants! sooo perfect for chilly days. Keep up the delicious work you are so creative and talented everyone must be so proud of you!! 🙂
It looks amazzzingggggg! Need to try this recipe.

Your curries are amazing, but those tacos, oh my! I love your blog, your photography, and your food. I am so happy to have found you and look forward to what you have in store for us in 2015. Your beef pot pies with butternut squash and pumpkin porter and Moroccan Spiced Lamb Burgers with Apricot Chutney + Pistachio Feta Pesto are two that I go to again and again. Oh and bourbon peach dump! Oh and crockpot chipotle pulled Pork and pumpkin chili!
I am so excited to see all the recipes you have in store for us in 2015! My absolute favorite recipes from 2014 on your blog are the homemade naan bread and the chocolate poptarts—SO DELICIOUS! 😉
I would have to disagree and say my favorite taco recipe of the year were the chicken enchilada tacos with the apple pomegranate salsa! I made them multiple times and they just kept getting better and better! But really… everything you do is amazing. I can’t wait to see what 2015 has in store for you. And yes, I’m one of the crazy people that reads your blog first thing every morning!
