Weeknight style Crispy Cauliflower Tinga Tacos with Honey Lime Avocado Crema. Cauliflower seasoned up with smoky chipotle peppers and enchilada sauce, then mixed with cheese, stuffed into tortillas, and oven-baked. Each tinga taco is crunchy on the outside, but spicy and cheesy inside. Serve with a creamy, salty honey-lime avocado crema sauce, and a mix of your favorite toppings. These come together easily and are so delicious. The perfect vegetarian twist on a classic taco that everyone loves!

So, I’m sure I mentioned this, but brother Red has been in town since a little before Christmas. He’s here snowboarding until the end of the month. We almost never see Red since he’s constantly traveling, but because of COVID, his travel schedule is much mellower this year. It’s a huge bummer of course, but the silver lining is that we get to have him home for more than a few days at a time. Personally, I love having him around. He’s one of those kids that can always bring a smile to your face.

And let’s be honest, I’m a real sucker when he asks anything of me. But especially when it comes to the question, “what’s for dinner”? I cave-in and make him pretty much whatever he asks for.

Unlike my oldest brother, Creighton, Red actually enjoys a meat-free dinner. His all-time favorite…The Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower from the HBH Super Simple Cookbook. I’ve been making it on repeat.

But guys, while I love that recipe, I also love trying new things. Since Red is very, very into cauliflower right now, tacos seemed like a great idea.

Enter these crispy cauliflower tinga tacos…still cauliflower but presented in a whole new way.

The inspiration…

I’ve actually had this recipe on my list for a while, so when I realized just how much Red has been loving cauliflower I thought I’d make these while he’s in town. I drew inspiration from my chicken tinga taquitos that I shared last year. We all LOVE that recipe so much. I want to see if I could make something vegetarian, but with those same flavors.

I also really, really wanted to do crispy taco shells, since the cauliflower itself is saucy, not crispy. So I grabbed my hard shell taco recipe from my family’s favorite classic taco. I put the two recipes together, then added the cauliflower tinga. Guys, they turned out even better than I had thought.

I wasn’t sure how the cauliflower would hold up to the tinga sauce, but in all honesty? Everyone said they enjoyed the cauliflower, more than any other meat.

prep photo of tacos before baking

Making these tacos is pretty easy, here are the steps.

Aside from these tacos being delicious, they really are so easy to make. I start with the cauliflower tinga. If you’re new to Chicken Tinga, it’s a Mexican dish consisting of shredded chicken in a tomato-based chipotle sauce with sliced onions. It’s actually very simple, but the flavors from the chipotle peppers are KEY, and what is most traditional with any Tinga dish.

Cook the cauliflower and onion together in a super hot skillet. You’ll want to get a char on the cauliflower, but leave it tender, not mushy. Once the cauliflower starts to char, add in chipotle peppers and enchilada sauce. I use enchilada sauce as the tomato base for my tInga sauce. Once the cauliflower simmers in the sauce for a bit, it’s ready. It shouldn’t take more than fifteen minutes, then you can assemble the tacos!

Now onto the crispy shells.

Instead of using store-bought taco shells, I like to take corn tortillas and stuff them with the cauliflower tinga and a sprinkling of cheese. I throw them in the oven to bake until the tortillas are crispy.

This method is my GO-TO. It’s become a staple in a lot of my taco recipes. I love the crispy oven “fried” shells. Nothing beats them!

And finally, the crema.

While the shells bake, make the crema. I wanted something cooling and creamy to balance the heat from the chipotle sauce. So instead of using a classic cream-based crema, I went a little healthier and whipped my avocado in the food processor.

It is so creamy, and a touch of lime plus flaky sea salt makes it so delicious.

Serve up the cream with the crispy tacos and you’ll have the perfect dinner.

If you wanted to take the toppings a step further, I would recommend a pineapple salsa or mango salsa. You all know me, I love a good fruity salsa. The perfect way to liven up an average Tuesday night at home.

Oh, and yes, Red LOVED these (so did the rest of the fam). So I’d say I’m really close to winning that sister of the year award this year. Cool, Cool!

Honey Lime Avocado Crema

  • 1 large avocado, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • juice from 2 limes
  • kosher or flaky salt

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.
    2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. When the oil shimmers, add the cauliflower and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is charring, about 5 minutes. Add the chipotle peppers, enchilada sauce, oregano, salt, and 1/3 cup water. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer until the sauce has thickened slightly, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat.
    3. Warm the tortillas for 30 seconds to 1 minute in the microwave, until pliable. On a baking sheet, rub the tortillas with olive oil. Lay each flat and then layer evenly with cheese and cauliflower. Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling, gently pushing to adhere (see above photo). Transfer to the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes, then flip and cook another 5 minutes more, or until the cheese has melted and the tortillas are crisp.
    4. Meanwhile, make the Honey Lime Avocado Crema. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt.
    5. Serve the tacos topped with avocado, lettuce, limes, and any other desired toppings.

Really good! My husband, who is meh on cauliflower but loves crispy things, said it was a keeper! I was convinced that I would have a tough time getting the corn tortillas to stay in a folded shape, but it stuck perfectly with no tearing. It did take about 5 extra minutes to get the tortillas really crispy, and the convection oven setting helped I think. Will make again!

This was tasty. The cauliflower took a bit longer to char than 5 min but I probably didn’t have the heat up as high. The tortillas were great. You have to be careful not to tear them but it all worked out. When they are crispy they hold together very well.

    1. Hey Danita,

First time making it and flavors are amazing!. The filling is perfectly spicy and the avocado crema is super good as a cold and creamy condiment. I prepared this with steamed brown rice on the side. It was definitely tricky to crisp up the corn tortillas, but I think that’s because my tortillas were on the thicker side. Just ate it with a knife and fork! Leftovers the next day were just as good, and I added a fried egg on top. Yum!

  7. These were literally AMAZING! My husbands bored of my vegetarian meals and is devouring them as we speak!!! Thanks so much for sharing . I will keep trying more of your recipes and share with friends 💕💕💕

These were delicious! I had a problem getting the tortilla crispy all the way around. I followed the instructions above and they got crispy on the edges but the middles were still soft. Any advice?

    1. Hey Michelle,
Thanks so much for giving this recipe a try, I am delighted that it was enjoyed! Did you flip them half way? This should really get them evenly crispy. Have a fantastic week! xTieghan

  10. These tacos were great. However, we fought a losing battled with the corn tortillas and just could not get them to stay closed. We tried using toothpicks to pin them closed (didn’t work) and in the end we wrapped the corn tortillas with a flour tortilla and THEN used the toothpicks to pin them closed. I revised the recipe slightly using less chipotle pepper and increased the enchilada sauce. We’ll definitely make them again!

    1. Hey Michelle,
Thanks so much for giving this recipe a try, I am so glad it was enjoyed! Happy Monday! xTieghan

Best tacos I’ve ever had! This tastes like a restaurant-style taco would. Super delicious, totally vegetarian and loved by even the meat eaters. It’s full of flavour and both the cauliflower and avocado crema compliment each other so perfectly. Easy to make and definitely a hit!

  15. 5 stars
Trying to keep to meatless Monday’s. This was my pick. This recipe will stay in the rotation! It was so delicious 😋 It was meaty without being meat and the flavors were great! Paired with the crema and pineapple salsa put it over the top! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Sooo delicious and easy! I had a bunch of frozen red and yellow bell peppers that I threw in and it was perfect. Easy to customize, hearty, but not heavy. My whole family is a fan!

  17. 5 stars
So good! Love the flavors of the cauliflower and the avocado crema is the perfect addition. Thank you! Will be saving this one for sure.

  18. Hi Tieghan, we loved the cauliflower tacos; easy but delicious and my daughter who is a vegetarian was certainly appreciative of the invitation to dinner. Will try more recipes and very drawn to your photos as it all looks so good.

  19. 5 stars
Just delicious! So, so yum! I made it for just my husband and me, and my girls hovered over me in the kitchen as I prepared it, drooling (they can only handle a little spice and I warned them this would be spicy) — they begggggged me to try a bite and then beggggged me to make it next time without the chipotle, which I will gladly do. I topped it with your spicy ranch from your cheesy gordita crunch recipe (that I plan to make later this week — do you use 6” fajita tortillas or 8” soft taco tortillas? I bought 8” ones, but I’m wondering if they’ll be too big and eclipse the hard shell! 😩)Thanks for such a great meal!

    1. Hey Tamara,
Thanks so much for giving this recipe a try, I am so glad it was enjoyed! I used 6 inch but 8 inch should be totally fine. Happy Sunday:) xTieghan

  20. 5 stars
This recipe is fantastic. I have now made it 3 times, once with chicken and twice with cauliflower. I think I finally got it right the third time by 1) using the toothpick trick mentioned in the other comments to keep the tacos closed while baking 2) using only one chipotle pepper because mine are super spicy. Good to sample a bit of the pepper before using to see how much of a kick it has 3) The biggest innovation was BROILING the tacos for the last 1-2 minutes, this was the only way I was able to get the crispy texture.
In future I might consider doubling the avocado crema because you just can’t get enough of it, so good.
Thank you for the creative and fantastic recipes Tieghan!!

  21. Hi! Making these tonight but due to crazy weather I could only get frozen cauliflower. Should I cook it before or just let it thaw to room temp?

    1. Hey Mary,
I would thaw and drain the cauliflower and then follow the recipe as is. I hope you love the recipe, please let me know if you have any other questions! xTieghan

  22. These are outstanding! Definitely one of my favorite new recipes to add to the meal rotation. Now that I’ve found you – keep the veggie entree recipes coming – trying to do less meat these days. Thanks for a great recipe!

  23. 5 stars
Hello Tieghan! I made this last night for my family (my father in law is vegetarian) and they were a HUGE hit. Everyone was a little skeptical when I they saw me stuffing the cauliflower into the tortillas, but were WOW’d by the flavor. Because I was chatting as I was cooking, I completely forgot to brush oil on the tortillas, so a couple of them cracked and they weren’t staying closed. I stuck toothpicks through and that did the trick. I have been making your recipes throughout the last year or so (a friend recommended your blog) and every single one is delicious. My family now gets excited when I say I’m trying a new HBH recipe; and I got one of your cookbooks for Christmas. 🙂 Thank you for your creativity!

    1. Hey Betsy,
I so appreciate you giving the recipe a try, I am thrilled it was enjoyed! Thanks so much for your kind message:) xTieghan

This recipe is incredible!!!!! I’ve never cooked with cauliflower but thought I’d give this a try. Like other people said, I did NOT miss the meat. I will absolutely be making this over and over. So happy!

  25. 5 stars
These tacos deliver! My 11 year old made them and they were excellent, so flavourful! BUT do not skip out on the honey-lime, avocado crema, it makes the dish! Even my carnivore husband admitted that these were knockout good, and then asked to make them again using shredded beef which we definitely will.

  26. 4 stars
These are so tasty. I did have some problems with actually making them into tacos. My shells split open which prevented me from flipping them halfway through. When I did try to flip them all of the filling came out so I just left them as is. But they still tasted great. I sprayed my tortillas with cooking stay and just made “traditional” guacamole. Will definitely make again (this recipe makes plenty and we have about 1/3 left for leftovers today!).

    1. Hey Martha,
Thanks so much for giving the recipe a try, I am thrilled that it was enjoyed! Happy Valentine’s Day❤️ xTieghan

  27. Hi! How to you think the reheat quality of these would be? I like to meal prep dinners and am wondering if they would be tasty reheat the next day? Thank you!

    1. Hey Sasha,
Totally fine to do, I would cover with foil and reheat in the oven. I hope you love the recipe, please let me know if you have any other questions! xTieghan

    1. Hey Shelby,
I am so glad that you enjoyed the recipe, thanks so much for making it! Have a great weekend:) xTieghan

Wanting to try these tonight all the way in England!- we do not have a microwave, what do you suggest? We also cannot get WF brand tortillas- would flour be a better option?

    Thank you!

    1. Hey Katelyn,
You can warm these in the oven or on your stove top. I hope you enjoy the recipe, please let me know if you have any other questions! xTieghan

These were so good that my husband didn’t realize they didn’t have meat in them! The tortillas I bought through grocery delivery were much smaller than I expected, and I didn’t trust myself to make mini tacos. I ended up making them as tostados and they were still good!

  31. Hi,

I’m rubbing both sides of the tortillas with olive oil and putting them on foil on a baking sheet and they’re sticking so bad the two times I’ve tried this recipe, delicious but the end product is really hard to eat because they’re sticking so badly 🙁

  32. 5 stars
I really like these! Better the second time around because I added the shredded lettuce and diced mango. I usually end up with extra, so I bake up the rest, cool, and store in the freezer wrapped in parchment paper for and easy lunch (bake at 400 for about 7 minutes).

  33. 5 stars
Made this last week. It was great! Only change I made was to use street size flour tortillas. Hubby was hesitant to try it (he is a huge meat eater), but once he did he said it was a keep me recipe. I took some to my son and his family. They were a big hit.
Oh, my husband also bought me the ‘Half Baked Recipe Super Simple’ cookbook!

  34. Hi Tieghan, I just made this last night and it was really good! My boys loved it age 3 and 6! I especially loved the Honey Lime Avo Crema – brings it to another level. Thank you!

  35. 5 stars
Amazing taste whilst being healthy and easy. What a combo of flavors! Especially the avocado creme…was not sure how that was going to work out but we loved it! Thanks HBH!

This is my new favorite website. 2 for 2 with the recipes, I’ve tried. Made this tonight and actually used Cauliflower tortillas too. Absolutely delicious.

  37. 5 stars
Super tasty! I added a little cumin and some southwest seasoning to the cauliflower, but otherwise perfect! A little time consuming and messy to make and eat, but time consuming and vegetarian seem to go hand in hand! Avocado Crema is a key element to its deliciousness!

  38. 5 stars
I am not exaggerating when i say this was one of the nicest veggie meals i have ever eaten. I made the corn wraps and the enchilada sauce in the morning and then the rest of the dish at tea time. The avocado crema is inspired, sooooo delish.Wil be recommending this and will make again in a few weeks.Thank you Tieghan

  39. 5 stars
Made these for the first time tonight and they were DELICIOUS!! I ate 3 of them! I couldn’t stop. My husband loved them, too! The flakey salt and the avocado lime sauce were the perfect addition to the tacos. I couldn’t believe I was eating cauliflower- there was so much flavor! And the crispy tortilla brought just the right amount of crunch. I’ll be making these over and over!

HI! Long time cooker/lurker first time responder to this website. I have tried this recipe with both cauliflower (for the vegetarians) and shredded leftover chicken (for the omnivores). The flavors are great! easy to pull together and great bang for the buck as far as taste and effort. One caveat (and the reason it is not five stars)… I have tried this recipe with several types of corn tortillas, though admittedly not the exact brand she mentions from Whole Foods. The corn tortillas fall apart and are hard to work with. I LOVE this recipe with flour tortillas or the flour/corn blend tortillas. A family favorite! But just be aware that many brands of corn tortillas fall apart with this particular recipe.

  41. 5 stars
These were delicious! My only issue was getting the tortillas to stay closed while baking – I ended up using toothpicks to keep them together.

  42. 5 stars
I had a big head of cauliflower in the fridge so I thought why not try these as I liked the chicken tinga tacos quite a bit. I made them per your instructions exactly even bought frontera enchilada sauce as I was not impressed with some of the flavors of the other can sauces. The tacos were delicious! My husband will not eat cilantro so I left that out … I thought the avacado crema a little too limey for my taste so I added an extra avacado. I would have liked the tacos even crispier. Not sure if I just let bake a little longer? I’ve must buy your book as I just love a lot of your recipes!

    1. Hey Mary,
Thanks for making the recipe, I am so delighted that it was enjoyed! Yes, for a crispier taco you can bake longer. Have a great week:) xTieghan

  43. 5 stars
Easily the best thing I’ve eaten in 2021 so far (it’s the end of January)! My corn tortillas did not crisp up beautifully like in the photo so I ended up on frying them for a minute after taking them out of the oven. Overall delicious flavors and I’ll definitely be making it again!

  44. 5 stars
Very flavorful and was a hit with my family for Meatless Mondays! I will say that if any cheese gets on the pan, the tacos might stick. I also wasn’t sure if the tortillas need to be piled on both sides or just the outside?

Either way it was very tasty and MAKE THE SAUCE! The avocado cream was perfect!

    1. Hey Erika,
Thanks for making the recipe, I am so delighted that it was enjoyed! I like to oil on both sides. Have a great week:) xTieghan

  45. 4 stars
These were so tasty and had so much flavor. my only issue was the corn tortillas falling apart and not crisping up. I’m not sure where I went wrong as I followed the recipe. I will make again.

  46. 5 stars
Delicious! I used leftover flour burrito tortillas, which weren’t the easiest to flip, but they turned out crispy and were easy to eat with a fork (a quesadilla feel). I see myself making the crema in the future on other tacos or just to snack on with tortilla chips.

  47. The filling and cream were BOMB! Will make again. My tacos didn’t get crunchy. It was so strange, am I not supposed to oil both sides? I made pickled red onions and honestly think you shouldn’t serve these without!! Will make again and try to trouble shoot the shells. P.s. I’m from Cleveland area and we are proud you spent part of your life here!!

    1. Hey Angela,
I am so thrilled that you enjoyed the recipe, thanks so much for trying it out!! Sorry about your shells, I do oil both sides. Maybe try a different brand of tortillas next time? I like Whole Foods 365. xTieghan

  48. I’ve made so many of your recipes and always forget to comment! Just made these and they’re amazing! I used green enchilada sauce instead but the honey avocado cream on top is everything! Thanks for another great recipe!

  49. 4 stars
These are so good! I did have a lot of problems with the tortillas sticking to the pan after the first 5-8 minutes even with oil, so some tacos fell apart. Next time I will be trying parchment paper or baking the tortillas into shells first.

  50. These were amazing! Loved the flavors. Followed the recipe exactly (except I used a whole pouch of Frontera enchilada sauce- I didn’t measure out half a cup) thank you!!

  51. Hi there! Excited to make a lot of recipes this week from your menu plan you posted on Instagram. Do you have the tortilla recipe that you used? Would love to try that from scratch.

  52. 5 stars
This was incredibly delicious! Whole family was happy despite it being cauliflower (haha) and it was very easy to make. We did without the avocado crema and it was still excellent.

  53. 5 stars
Made these last night and they were a hit! So tasty and the texture, with the crispy tortilla, creamy sauce, and cauliflower, was perfect. Used a toothpick to keep the corn tortillas folded over in the oven : )

Thank you for all your new recipe ideas!

  54. 5 stars
Made this last night and loved how easy it was! The cauliflower was delicious and I’ll make it in batches to put in other tacos, quesadillas, etc. I liked the method to make the tacos crispy, kind of similar to your method for taquitos!

  55. 5 stars
These were delicious, easy and fun to make with my daughter. They were a hit with the whole family! I didn’t have trouble with the corn tortillas after heating them in the microwave (the whole bunch) covered with a wet paper towel. They turned out just like the picture and the avocado crema was delicious on top. We will definitely be making these again! Thanks for an easy and delicious recipe!!

    1. Hey Sarah,

  57. Hi Tieghan! I’m really excited to try these and am looking for a little advice. Do you have a specific way you pickle the onions or do you buy them?

    1. Hey Julia,
Yes, I would reduce your chipotle peppers to just 1. I hope you love the recipe, please let me know if you have any other questions! xTieghan

Made this recipe with my BFF over FaceTime (we’ve been doing a lot of FaceTime cooking together throughout this pandemic) and it was DELICIOUS. Cannot stress enough how obsessed we both were with these. My boyfriend who is a meat-lover said these were his favourite tacos ever. And I’m definitely going to be baking my taco shells like this all the time from now on!!

  59. Can’t wait to try this recipe. If I can’t find chipotle peppers, would chipotle chili powder work? And if so, how much would you recommend? Thanks!

    1. Hey Frances,
Yes, that will work just fine. I would use 2-3 teaspoons. I hope you love the recipe, please let me know if you have any other questions! xTieghan

  60. Hi Tieghan! I hope you are well 🙂
When I baked the tortilla’s they didn’t quite cook evenly and slightly caught the heat on the edges. I was wondering how to get them lovely abs golden all over like yours?

    1. Hey Lydia,
I like to flip my tortillas half way through to cook them evenly:) I hope you enjoy the recipe. Please let me know if you have any other questions! xTieghan

  61. What a great looking recipe. My family loves tacos and this looks like a great way to mix it up and make them a bit healthier. I will have to give this one a try on our next taco night.

So I would like to retract my previous comment about the sweetness of two teaspoons of honey. Eating it plain, it was sweeter than I wanted. But when put on the taco, like it’s supposed to be… dynamite. The only reason it isn’t five stars is my frustration with crumbling corn tortillas. Having read some of the comments, it seems I’m not the only one. Cheers

    1. Hey Kathryn,
Yes, that would work well, I would just thaw and drain them first. I hope you love the recipe, please let me know if you have any other questions! xTieghan

Followed directions to the letter. Corn tortillas did not become pliable and just broke apart. After ruining two, went with open-faced flour tortillas baked.
One teaspoon of honey is more than enough. I used two and it became a dessert dish.
Love the cauliflower mixture (homemade enchilada sauce). Best be ready to think on the fly or make some changes up front.

    1. Hey Bart,
So sorry you had issues with the tortillas, next time I would try a different brand. I like Whole Foods 365. I hope this helps! xTieghan

My husband was a non believer that he could like these tacos. He was so wrong. They came out awesome. Really fun change.

    1. Hey Antoinette,
Thanks a lot for making this recipe, I am delighted that it was enjoyed! Happy Friday:) xTieghan

  65. Hi, I’d like to make these vegan and omit the cheese. Any tips on what to replace it with or how to make these tacos just as good as if they had cheese in them?

    1. Hey Joanna,
I would just skip the cheese:) I hope you love the tacos, let me know if you have any other questions! xTieghan

5 stars is NOT enough. You guys! These tacos are re-(curse word) diculous! I topped mine with the avocado Creme and pickled onions and these we the best tacos I have ever had. Hubby is vegan and I just used vegan cheese and he devoured these right up! We made retired beans on the side along with a little salad. Run, don’t walk to make these! All the ingredients were super cheap, and I’ll tell you, these are on rotation every week. Wow T! Amazing recipe here!

    1. Hey Mary,
I would use a couple tablespoons or to your liking:) I hope you love the recipe, let me know if you have any other questions! xTieghan

  67. Did you make the salsa with these as well? If so is that recipe on here? or can you email it to me? also have you always made with corn tortillas / would small flour work? Thanks love your stuff

  68. I have the ingredients for this except enchilada sauce and would like to make it. Do you have a recipe for it? Thanks so much. Enjoying your insta and blog!

    1. Hey Rebekah,
So sorry, I like to use store bought enchilada sauce, I love Siete and Frontera. I hope you enjoy the recipe, let me know if you have any other questions! xTieghan

Holy Moley, these were good. Made these exactly as written with the exception of using a whole can of enchilada sauce. The 1/2 cup of it and 1/3 of water just weren’t enough liquid for my 6 cups of cauliflower. I made the leftovers in a toaster oven at work, and they are still good! I don’t miss the chicken in this tinga taco!

Tase was great! These were delicious but I had a really hard time making them into tacos. I think I might have overstuffed the shells and everything just fell apart. When I served them I just said I made nachos…HAHA. Anyway, will definitely make these again and will try to make them prettier!

    1. Hey Lex,
Thanks so much for trying out this recipe, I am thrilled that you liked it! I hope you have a great week:) xTieghan

    1. Hey Teresa,
I like Whole Foods 365 brand of tortillas. I hope you love the tacos. Let me know if you have any other questions! xTieghan

  71. Hey T –
This post just makes me so happy. In a divided country your blog is a distraction. This looks amazing. I wish I could eat right through my screen. THANK YOU! I will be making this for sure and report back! God bless you.

  72. I’m excited to make this!
If you wanted to switch out the cauliflower for chicken, would the preparation method be the same or would you suggest cooking the chicken in a crockpot first?

    1. Hey Kimberly,
Thanks so much for giving the recipe a go, I am thrilled that it was enjoyed! Have a great week:) xTieghan

  73. Wanted to let you know there’s a strange thing that’s been happening with your website. When I type it into Google, it automatically goes to the tahini chocolate chip cookies you posted recently. I can only access the newest page when I click the half baked harvest home icon. Maybe I’m just inept, but its’ been that way for the last week or so. Just wanted to see if there was anything strange on your end!

    1. Hey Hilary,
So sorry about this, I was having the same issue as well…it should be fixed now! Let me know if you have any other issues! xTieghan

  74. Hi Tieghan! These look delicious! Question on the recipe: do you oil both sides of the tortilla or just the side in contact with the cookie sheet? Thanks.

    1. Hey Julia,
I like to oil both sides of the tortilla, this will prevent them from ripping. I hope you enjoy the recipe. Let me know if I can help in any other way! xTieghan
