Meet Tieghan

I’m Tieghan, and I’m all about living life simply, eating seasonally, and using whole foods. The recipes you’ll find here are inspired by the people and places I love most. I spend my days experimenting with new recipes, photographing my creations, feeding my family, and making one giant mess in the process. My hope is to inspire a love for food in others, as well as the courage to try something new.

  • Herby Everything Cheddar Swirl Buns. Sunday baking and so very happy about it. These are well, everything good :) Soft, doughy, swirled with cheddar cheese, pesto, and a sprinkle of everything bagel spice too. Enjoy...at literally anytime of the day, breakfast, lunch, dinner. Perfect for Easter at home too! Recipe on HBH linked in profile. PS. added a no yeast option for anyone who can’t find it.
  • Skillet Pesto Cheese Lasagna Roll Ups. Sometimes the classics need an update. Enter cheesy lasagna rolls ups. Basil pesto + ricotta cheese rolled up inside lasagna noodles and cooked in a spicy, creamy bolognese style sauce (which is everything good + all made in one skillet). Best any night of the week dinner...with a side of honey butter beer bread. SO. GOOD.  Shared the recipe on HBH this week. Linked in profile. What are you guys making this weekend?
  • Spicy Cucumber Margarita. A touch of sweet + spicy, and finished with a salty chili rim. Trust me, it's exactly what you need. Tip? Add a little ginger beer for some fizz. It's very good. Recipe on the blog today. Link in profile. Ps. if your don't have cucumbers, swap fresh or frozen fruit or your favorite jam :) Pss. can we all agree to make spicy margaritas tonight?! #HBHcocktailsaturday
  • Milk Chocolate Stuffed Peanut Butter Bunny Cookies 🐇 Just a little something sweet and happy for ya because it's what we all need most these days. And you guys? These. Are. GOOD. Simple + easy. And SO GOOD. Sweet milk chocolate, sandwiched between soft peanut butter cookies, and decorated with wait for it...more chocolate because double the chocolate is always best. Nothing not to love. Recipe on the blog today - linked in profile. Sooo...what's everyone baking this weekend?!
