  • (Kai's favorite) Sesame Orange Chicken. The super simple better than takeout, takeout style(ish) dinner that takes 30 minutes to make and is everyone's favorite --> sesame chicken tossed in a gingery, garlicky sweet, tangy, and extra sticky orange sauce. SO GOOD. Healthier than takeout too. Just serve over rice. Always rice. Grab the recipe in HBH Super Simple cookbook (page 192). PS. making this start to finish on my stories tonight. #hbhsupersimple
  • Roasted Butternut Squash and Spinach Lasagna. Because it’s a very good time to be making (extra cheesy) lasagna. I promise. This one is my current go-to. It's creamy, layered with roasted butternut squash, buttery béchamel sauce (made using @vermontcreamery cultured butter), and topped with salty, crispy prosciutto…ok and crispy sage and rosemary too.
