  • Cider Braised Beef Stew with Rosemary Polenta. For all the upcoming freezing cold Sunday nights ahead...a super easy (actually delicious) beef stew. It's slow cooked with red wine, fresh herbs, and served with creamy, buttery rosemary polenta. It's kind of "fancy", but kind of not, takes only minutes to prep, but cooks all day so you come home to a house that smells incredible and a dinner that is ready to eat. Most important though?   • Vanilla Chai White Russian. The coziest cocktail because it's snowing (and I'm happy about it too) and this warming drink is the perfect Saturday "nightcap". Think classic white Russian (good amount of vodka + Kahlúa + cream), but with the addition of homemade chai syrup. It's an oldie recipe, but still one of my favorites.   • Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookie Pumpkin Pie --> think homemade chocolate chip cookie pie, BUT made with the addition of pumpkin butter, cinnamon sugar, and many chocolate chips. The key to a super gooey pie? A touch of sweetened condensed milk. Trust me. It's odd, but it's GOOD. The crust is crisp, but the pie is soft and gooey. Nothing is better.
